Programme Schedule
All our programmes include a thorough state-of-the-art analysis in your company where we identify major innovation challenges and areas of pain which will then be tackled by students from the participating companies during - and after - the seminars.
An exemplary 8-months programme could look like this:
Typically a programme has 15-25 participants, either from one company or from several networked companies (e.g. including suppliers, customers or other partners in the value chain). While we also offer one-module programmes, usually we work with three classroom blocks of 3 days each.
Four weeks before the first classroom block a pre-assignment is issued to the participants. Results on this pre-assignment should be sent in a week in advance of the first classroom block.
In the period between the classroom blocks, the participants dedicate one day per week to working on the challenges, usually together with a coach from their top management team. After the implementation phase which takes roughly four months after the last classroom block there follows an assessment day which is used to review the results of the implementation phase and to fine-tune and adjust the implemented programmes.
