Harry Barkema completed a workshop in Kerala on the implementation of Business Model Innovation last week.
The workshop is the second in the India series Harry hosts in cooperation with Pepal, with participants from 5 different NGOs. The business models designed by the participants have now moved on from design to implementation. Further workshops are in preparation.
