KJAER INTERNATIONAL STRATEGY WORKSHOP AT THE RSM

Sixteen management delegates from the Kjaer Group, the leading provider of vehicles and automotive solutions to the international aid and development sector, attended an ICCL workshop on Business Model Innovation from July 13-15, 2009, in Rotterdam to follow up on the innovation plans their top management team had developed with usĀ earlier in the year.

The delegates who came from Denmark, the UK, Uganda and Mozambique had already been working on their projects in the form of pre-assignments during the month leading up to the seminar.

Professor Harry Barkema, who headed the workshop, gave both feedback on the proposed solutions as well as additional input on tools and methods to further develop the challenges the teams had been working on.

The four teams each developed their solutions further during the workshop and then presented them to the large group where the other teams had the opportunity to discuss, comment on and refine the plans presented.
